I've had the attention span of a gnat this month for whatever reason, so we didn't dive too far into cinematic anything as a family. We've had a couple of game nights, too, so that didn't help. Oh well.
Oldies but goodies... sort of, lol! I loved The Covenant and Speed Racer when they released (eons ago it seems). They both appeared again, so I figured why not? AND, bonus!, The Covenant stars (a much younger) Steven Strait, who also stars in The Expanse :D
In TV-land.... good stuff, ya'll.
If you're into funny and don't mind a little crass - go watch Ali Wong's comedy specials, she's hilarious. Iliza is funny, too, but Ali is much funnier, IMO.
Fluffy Guy is still my favorite.
In movie-land, we have these movies....... I am not ashamed to say I watched Despicable Me by myself. LOL ((*IT'S SO FLUFFY!!*)). Ready Player One we watched as a family (most of us are gamers) and it was pretty good.
In the "There's 2 hours of my life I'll never get back" category, we have these.
I couldn't even finish Extinction.
I'm still watching Preacher, Castle Rock & Wynonna Earp. The Outpost is ... kinda meh... I'm 2 episodes behind. I finished Cloak & Dagger, and still working on Luke Cage. I'm about to stop waiting on Nicky and finish Luke Cage by myself, lol. By the way, Michael Pena (from Antman) stars in Extinction and Mike Colter (Luke Cage) plays Pena's boss. I'm thinking that's why I couldn't finish the movie :P I'm also watching the last aired seasons (now on Netflix) of Supergirl, DC's Legends of Tomorrow, Arrow, and Flash. I've been watching them 'in order' (skipping the Chronicles of Cisco) so I don't miss the crossover :P It's a good list if your interested in picking up the series!
